Everyone had been waiting for this, the world's largest E-commerce event for Black founders, future founders & solution providers. The dates and schedules had been fixed on August 13-14 2022. This was going to be a hybrid event in Atlanta, with two unforgettable days of learning, mentoring, and sharing of hard-earned secrets in creating online ventures. But tragedy struck as the Founder and organizer of the event, Tiffany Johnson, went through a medical emergency.

Writes Tiffany, “On May 1, 2022, I suffered a life-threatening condition and was rushed into back-to-back surgeries. As a result of such an unforeseen and difficult month for me, the Black in Ecom planning team has decided to postpone Black In Ecom 2022 to August, 2023, while I focus on physically and mentally recovering.” “As many of you are aware, Black In Ecom is near and dear to my heart, and the mission is to create a space of EXCELLENCE where Black Founders, Future Founders, and Solution Providers can learn how to Build, Launch, and Scale a successful eCommerce Business together.”
Tiffany has shared the following steps that she and her team will be taking to ensure that everything goes as planned on the new scheduled dates next year.
1. We will notify all prospective attendees of these modifications.
2. Issue a press statement informing the Built for Launch community and general public of these modifications.
3. Transition to preparations for a Live Conference in the City of Atlanta, Georgia.
4. Maintain contact with all of our speakers and sponsors with current ROS and lodging.
